Paul Andrew Metzger of Keene died Jan. 26, 2015, of natural causes.
He was born in Suffern, N.Y., Aug. 2, 1953, son of Herbert H. and Muriel N. Metzger.
He graduated from Monadnock Regional High School and attended Keene State College. He was employed by Mayflower and Stow Mills.
His pastimes included caring for his cats, playing a round of golf at Bretwood Golf Course, coaching women’s softball, admiring British sports cars, cheering on the Keene Swamp Bats and New England Patriots, and sharing his political commentary.
Survivors include his siblings, Dorothy Quiros of DeBary, Fla., Robert Metzger of Gilford, Bruce Metzger of Contoocook and Deborah Gero of Virginia Beach, Va.; and many nieces and nephews.
