The Lambda Sigma TKE Chapter of Keene State College has been without a proper house since Approximately March 15th 1988. 26 Years have passed since the day our Fraternity was sent into the Streets of Keene NH. The Alumni Association would like to see this problem solved. The HRC is beginning a journey that will lead the Chapter to the Greatest Moment of its long history. The Ultimate goal is to provide the framework for a top notch Fraternity House for the Lambda Sigma Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon. The future House will reflect the long standing tradition of excellence that is Lambda Sigma TKE and mustn’t create a liability for the chapter. On the contrary it must be the Chapters’ greatest Asset.
The result of the HRC research will be a comprehensive report that can be used to assist the Alumni Association leadership in the formation of a Not for Profit Housing Corporation, A Capital Campaign Management Effort, and a Strategic Marketing Campaign to our Alumni and ultimately the purchase or construction of the next Lambda Sigma TKE house at Keene State College. The HRC is charged with evaluating all possible housing options for the future Tau Kappa Epsilon House at Keene State College in a timely, orderly and thorough manner.
